| Most data is presented in a spreadsheet style
format for easy management. Complete record editors are provided
to manage data not immediately displayed in the spreadsheet. While editing
or viewing the spreadsheet data, it's easy to access the full record data editor
- simply double click an item. The data editor is displayed over the
spreadsheet and provides easy navigation through all the records with a
view of the spreadsheet simultaneously. Versatility is key to easy
data management! |

| Spreadsheet Format Examples |

| The number of records displayed is limited only
by the size of your monitor. Use the scroll bar or the page keys to move data
into view. Every column can be sorted simply by clicking on the heading
text above the data items. From the directory, click on the word "Group" to sort by group
name. From the roster list, click on the words "Last Name" to sort
by last name. Subsequent clicks reverse the sort order. |
