- Easily manage personnel rosters for random selections. Manage as many lists as required by your installation.
- Spreadsheet style interface for display and editing data . View 50+ entries per page depending on the size of your
monitor.
- Generate random selections by percentage
or count including alternates. Select personnel for both a drug and an alcohol
test at different percentages in one draw. Generate a random testing date
for each person randomly selected.
- Provide a diminishing
selection list by indicating the number of days to exclude previously
selected individuals. Government mandated selections will always
leave the number of exclusion days set to zero, while in house, or non
mandated, programs may select a procedure that suits their
policies.
- Test Panel
Configurations.
Maintain custom Test Panel Configurations:
5-Panel, 10-Panel, Alcohol Only, etc. Create any Test panel
configuration required by your application. A test panel
configuration can include up to 16 test panels.
- Import existing data
into RandomWare
easily and automatically. Maintain external data base key field
elements in order to easily update external source data structures.
I.E., export Randomware data into other data base management facilities
and easily update required data fields. [Under Development]
- Variable ID: Each entrant's I.D. can be a Social Security
Number or any text string up to 32 characters.
- Maintain complete selection
histories: maintain selection dates, collection dates, sample IDs,
sample collected vs. not collected, collection and testing result codes,
type of tests administered. History data is accumulated
automatically.
- Reports are easily generated from
selection histories. Generate reports by dates, employee,
collection & test result codes, sample collection status, tests,
etc. Easily
determine the number of tests administered to an employee.
- Sort any column of data
with one click of the mouse.
- Print notification letters
automatically: Print random selection notification letters automatically or use program generated data files generates with Microsoft Word's Mail-Merge. Generate letters,
postcards, labels, etc., etc. This function's powerful features will meet
all your print output needs. In fact, all data within
RandomWare can be output to a Mail-Merge compatible data file.
