- All the functionality of the basic system
is included in the Plus+ version of RandomWare.
- The Plus+ system features the
RandomWare Directory
Facility which provides an environment through which you easily
manage all data selection requirements and report needs. See
"Directory Facility" for
an example of this feature.
- The directory is a tool
for the easy management of personnel rosters and report generation.
- Pre-Employment Testing
and Tracking. Maintain pre-employment testing data. Automatically
add pre-employment personnel directly to the company's roster for random
selection generation without the burden of redundant data entry. The
diminishing selection feature allows you to specifically exclude recently
hired employees from random selection if your testing policy allows this
practice.
- Provide a diminishing
selection list by indicating the number of days to exclude previously
selected individuals. Government mandated selections will always
leave the number of exclusion days set to zero, while in house, or non
mandated, programs may select a procedure that suits their
policies. Easily exclude personnel already tested through
Pre-Employment programs.
- RandomWare directories
can easily manage
multiple locations, different departments, a variety of organizations and
controls Pooling and Consortium Management. Use the directory facility to easily manage
any group of lists.
- Consortia - Maintain individual company
lists and assign a Consortium Identifier to each member company in the consortium. All consortium member's personnel rosteres are
individually managed in separate lists referenced by the member's name.
- MRO - CPC - LABS:
Maintain individual directories for Medical Review Officers, Certified
Professional Collectors and Labs. Each drug test data record
allows for reference to MRO and CPC results and comments.
- View the personnel list
for an entire consortium on demand simply by
clicking on the consortium name. RandomWare automatically combines each
member's roster into one list for viewing and random selection
control. Assign any group in the Directory to a consortium effortlessly.
Change a company's consortium assignment simply and easily. Manage multiple
consortia from a single directory. Manage consortia and individual companies from the same directory.
- A RandomWare Directory is essentially a list with an
address facility linked to the personnel lists from which random selections are generated.
Maintain as many Directories as you require for your operation.
- Comprehensive Audit Data Trail - Every
data element specified to generate a random selection is saved to an Audit
History for every selection generated: percentages, counts, exclusion
days, DOT or Standard, selection date and time of day, every selection
options specified.
This audit file completely documents every single random selection
generated. Every selection request can be easily reviewed on screen with multiple records per screen. An example of this powerful
audit trail is provided - see Audit History
File.
The base list from which the selection is generated is duplicated and saved, at the
time of selection, to a
separate file, as an audit document, as well as the selection list, each time a selection is
generated.
If a diminishing selection type is specified, the excluded individuals
are specifically noted in the saved duplication file. The
duplication files provide an absolute record of base lists as they
naturally grow and shrink as employees come and go.
Each record of this audit is referenced by the company, group, pool or
consortium named by the user. Easily sort the audit list for a
quick review of each directory entry's selection history.
The audit
insures absolute adherence to your company's selection guidelines and
provides a complete account of the random selections generated. Access to the audit file
is password protected.
- Monitor Year to Date Percent Targets
and automatically generate selection controls with percentages, test
types and selection dates properly preset for each control group's
required year to date percentages to meet yearly projections. See
"Year to Date Percentages" for an
example of the screen report provided.
- MIS Reports: With one click of the
mouse: collection, selection, positives, negatives, test types, counts and percentages are
automatically generated for viewing and/or printing for every group/company
and pools listed in a directory. Keep track of selection control requirements by easily compiling reports
that compare collection percentages with target percentages.
- Scheduling: Enter
the selection/testing schedule for each directory entry by date:
quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily. Register your schedule with
RandomWare and
receive email notification of your scheduling requirements. List as many
email addresses as you require for each directory entry and the
RandomWare Web Server
will automatically send an email to every listed recipient as a reminder that
the selection needs to be generated, or as an announcement that the
selection is pending. (Subscription
feature - Available in May )
Email Notification: Register your
selection schedules with RandomWare and
receive automatic email notification of your scheduling requirements.
See scheduling above. (Subscription
feature - In development)
- If you provide random selection as part of your drug
testing services then maintain a directory of the companies for whom you provide testing.
- If your company manages its own drug testing program then
maintain a directory of the individual departments within your company and maintain
a directory for each facility worldwide.
- If you provide random selection for sporting events then
maintain a directory of teams for each event.
Review the
details of the program's data entry and
selection windows.
